Digital product policy

Digital products are generally final sale once download access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or if the file is defective, corrupted, duplicated in error, or materially different from its description.

Delivery

Every guide is a PDF delivered immediately after payment: a download link appears on the success page and is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. Because delivery begins at once, you are asked to confirm this before payment opens.

Something wrong with your file?

If a file will not open, is corrupted, was charged twice in error, or does not match what the product page described, email hello@eurofoodtrails.com with your order email and we will fix it or refund you.

Lost your download?

Download links can be re-sent at any time from the recover page. A lost link is never a reason to buy twice.
